Margaret Pearson Pinkham, CPO-CD®, is a Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization and is based in Sonoma County, CA. Through her business Organize in Harmony she started in 2004, she helps her clients organize rooms and work spaces, clear clutter, manage time and increase their ability to focus. Margaret holds special certificates of study through the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) in helping elderly clients, those with Attention Deficit Disorder and with compulsive hoarding. Margaret works one-on-one with her clients in their homes or offices and also long-distance through phone coaching or "virtual organizing."
She enjoys combining her love of helping people become more organized with the positive motivational approach of coaching as she completes certification to become a Certified Organizer Coach©, through Denslow Brown’s Coach Approach for Organizers.™
She is a member of the NSGCD, the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), NAPO San Francisco Bay Area chapter, Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) and is the Membership Coordinator for her local North Bay Organizers and Coaches (NBOC) group.
Margaret has a degree in photojournalism from the University of Kansas and spent 12 years in the field of environmental education, mostly in Yosemite National Park and Point Reyes National Seashore. She takes special delight in the research that shows time spent in nature can help adults and children (with ADD or not) to focus their attention better.
